Location was great, close to all the main sites in Venice! The apartment was clean and nice and the support was exceptional. They answered the chat constantly and were very helpful about everything ...
Areas for improvement:
The only thing we didn't love is that 2 of the 3 bedrooms had really small beds, they felt smaller than an average bed for one person, like they were for kids, but it wasn't explicitly mentioned that ...
